Careview Services believe that quality services are achieved in a number of ways.
- Meeting Statutory Standards as laid down by CQC. Following an inspection we will act quickly on any recommendations made to improve services.
- Having in place robust policies and procedures that cover all aspects of care and that are regularly monitored and reviewed.
- Actively inviting comments by the issuing of satisfaction surveys to individuals, their family and friends, health and social care professionals and other key stakeholders.
- Acting on feedback received from individuals, their families and friends, social and healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
