• Meeting Statutory Standards as laid down by CQC.  Following an inspection we will act quickly on any recommendations made to improve services.
• Having in place robust policies and procedures that cover all aspects of care and that are regularly monitored and reviewed.
• Actively inviting comments by the issuing of satisfaction surveys to individuals, their family and friends, health and social care professionals and other key stakeholders.
