A care home operator looking to buy his second property has acquired Mill Hayes in Stoke, Staffordshire.
Shem Singh runs the Careview residential care home in West Bromwich, which offers care to adults with learning disabilities.
Mill Hayes provides services to eight residents with a physical disability, four with dementia and two with mental health needs.
The home was bought with financial backing from the specialist healthcare team at NatWest.
